Fat, oil, and grease (FOG) that is sent down the drain can cause significant issues within Sunnyslope's sewer system. These will congeal inside the sewer pipes and can cause them to clog and back up. Ultimately, this can cause raw sewage to overflow out of the sewer system, exposing the public to heath risk. To prevent such clogging, Sunnyslope follows and enforces its FOG Prevention Program.
